Vacancy Business Development Manager Consulting and IT in Project Controls

You are responsible for:

• Supporting and advising large customers on consulting, training and software products.
• Actively acquiring new customers in the construction, infrastructure and industry sectors
• Conducting negotiations and handling contracts as well as preparing offers
• Designing the development of the sales/marketing strategy for Germany
• Systematic market observation and providing impulses for development
• Close cooperation with important internal interfaces

Organisation

• Primaned assists organisations in controlling complex projects and/or controlling the entire project portfolio.
• We advise on a uniform approach, train people and implement professional software.
• Primaned currently employs around 80 consultants and this number is continuing to grow! Also in 2023, We want to continue to grow in both staff numbers and client portfolio.
• Primaned employees are driven and ambitious people with a passion for great projects (but also for drinks and fun events)!

Your profile:

• Completed studies or training
• You identify with our core values TROTS
• Several years of experience in sales of services and/or software
• Proactive, critical and committed attitude
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
• Interest in the profession of project management and/or Project Controls
• Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to the Netherlands
• Good command of English (in company)
